4. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by SocialOpen. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or invalid prescriptions.

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs and taxes will be added at checkout.
Order Confirmation: An email confirmation serves as an acknowledgement of your order. Because prescription lenses are custom-made, production begins shortly after order verification.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Custom prescription lenses require lab processing time. Most eyewear orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. SocialOpen packages all eyewear securely, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to see perfectly and love your frames. Our return policy for eyewear includes:
Eligibility: Unworn, non-prescription frames can generally be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging.
Prescription Lenses: Because prescription lenses are custom-crafted to your specific vision requirements, they are generally non-refundable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part regarding your prescription, we will remake the lenses at no additional cost.
